Popular bakery chain Crumbl Cookies will open its newest store in Saratoga County, located in Clifton Park at 22 Clifton Country Road, on Thursday, Oct. 5.

The grand opening will mark the company’s second foray into the Capital Region after the Latham store debuted in March 2023.

Founded in Utah in 2017 by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, Crumbl is known for its weekly rotation of cookie flavors served in a bright pink box.

Classics include milk chocolate chip and pink sugar cookie.

The most recent menu features a pumpkin cheesecake, made with a buttery graham base, a banana cream pie, and a brookie, described as the marriage of a semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie and a rich chocolate cookie baked together.

“The brand now focuses on developing unique and delicious cookies inspired by popular flavors, foods, desserts of all kinds - from pies to cakes to candies and more,” reads its website.

Visitors to the Clifton Park location will be able to opt for in-store or curbside pickup.

Crumbl has since grown to over 913 locations in all 50 states. There are 13 locations in New York.
